Prosper Capital acquires and manages multifamily real estate properties in Cincinnati. We focus on creating passive income for our investors by building value in our properties along with managing efficiently. Our goal is to give our investors a stable cash flow without them having to do any work. We do our own due diligence on potential properties, manage and maintain them, then sell when the time is right. Prosper Capital offers a solution to investors who want to diversify their portfolio with real estate without having to do time consuming work.

The Prosper Process
Identify
We find our properties before they go on the market for the best deals. We look for properties that have value-add opportunities and pass a rigorous stress test.
Acquire
After a property has proven to be a viable investment, we perform inspections, find investors, and get ready to close.
Manage
Our in-house management team works on updating leases, scheduling needed maintenance, moving tenants to our online management software, and making sure tenants are happy.
Improve
Prosper Capital’s in-house maintenance team provides updates to units, such as updated appliances, fresh paint, new carpet, and full unit remodels as needed.
Sell
Prosper Capital plans on holding properties for 5-10 years from acquisition. When a property is at its peak, we sell to capture the value we have built up over time.
