Prosper Capital was founded in 2017 with the goal of allowing everyday investors to participate in big deals. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Prosper Communities holds the majority of our multifamily properties within the 275 loop. We are quickly expanding, and always on the lookout for new opportunities. We currently hold $15.6 million in assets under management, with plans to expand rapidly.
Prosper Capital has two goals that set us apart from the crowd. First, we break up big investments into smaller portions to unlock big opportunities for everyday investors. Every property has a group of investors who each own a percentage of the property based on the size of their investment. Second, we have our own in-house management and maintenance teams who take care of the day-to-day upkeep. We are hands-on so you can be hands-off.
