The Colerain Avenue Apartments sit in a blossoming area in Camp Washington, just 5 minutes away from downtown Cincinnati. When Prosper Capital acquired the building in 2021, rents were under market, many tenants were delinquent, and major upgrades were required. In just one year, our management team has flipped that story around. Now, all units are rented at market value, tenants are paying on time, and many units have been upgraded. We have partnered with the City of Cincinnati in upgrading HVAC, appliances, windows, and lighting to be more energy efficient, saving both tenants and owners hefty electric and water bills. 

Utilizing our in-house management and maintenance team, we were quickly able to produce a community that tenants are happy to live in, while producing even larger profits.
