When Prosper Capital acquired the Happy Hollow Apartments in January of 2020, they were a far cry from the luxury apartments you can see today. As tenants have naturally moved out, our team has been updating units with high end appliances, new flooring, adding central heating & cooling, and opening up the kitchen floorplans.
These apartments were already located in a highly desirable area, and we were able to bring the quality of living up to match. Tenants are lining up to live with us at Happy Hollow.
