Jay Balekar is the Director Acquisitions, leading the Prosper deal pipeline from sourcing and closing to full cycle exits. Jay’s strategic consulting experience shows with his creativity to structure a deal and diligence to close.

Anthony Mirabile is the Director of Asset Management, overseeing our investment portfolio performance. He brings a data-driven approach to portfolio performance and risk management, shaped by his Air Force engineering and flight test background.
